- 3) If we’d like to buy some samples to test, how?
Please feel free to call us or write email to tell us what you want. According to the different inquiries, we will inform you total charge of sample and delivery fee. Once payment for samples is effected, samples would be delivered by express courier as soon as possible.
- 4) What about quote prices, and products catalogue?
We’d love our clients to ask for quotation price and products catalogue based on the clients’ needs. We hope our clients offer a relative correct information and make a fast response or decision to our quotation for both sides. Also, we normally quote FOB shanghai. If clients need CIF price, please let us know.

9) How to install slim light box?
Instructions
1. Please wear white cotton gloves in the installation to avoid leaving fingerprint or blotch in the surface of the light panel.
2.Wipe lightly with alcohol or dilution properly in case the fingerprint or other dust pollutes the light panel. It is forbidden to use water to wipe.
3.Do not make the alcohol or dilution touch the graving surface. Crack or breaking will appear in the careless touch of the acryl glass.
4. Please hold and put gently in order to avoid scratch in the transportation and installation.
5. Please package and put in the dry, smooth, no-moisture place in the room temperature to store the light panel for a long period.
6. Please consult us for relevant operations before you cut the light panel.

12) Can the clients point the shipper?
Yes, they can. However, before clients pointed the shipper, please make sure familiar with them and their ability. Anyway, it is up to the clients.
